CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to ensure that Ict Bilgi Teknolojileri San. and Foreign. Tic Ltd. Sti. (Company) to determine the terms and conditions regarding the use of information and data generated by registered users of the website ("Website") located on www.swatcrm.com. The Privacy Policy is an annex and an integral part of the User Agreement concluded with the User.

The Content uploaded to the Site by the User is the property of the User. The Company will not disclose or sell this Content without the prior consent of the User.

The Company will not disclose the Content transmitted to it electronically through the Site to third parties, except for the purposes and scope determined by the User Agreement made with the Users. In this context, the Company intends to keep the Content strictly private and confidential, consider this a confidentiality obligation, and undertakes to show due diligence on taking all the necessary measures to ensure and maintain confidentiality, preventing all or any part of confidential information from entering the public domain or the unauthorized use or disclosure of the content to a third party.

If the User gives consent to the Company, the Content can be processed, stored and used by the Company and its partners for purposes such as payment transactions, invoicing and processing, bank integration, third party applications to which the User allows access, and direct marketing. It can be transferred to third parties to provide the services requested by the User.

The Company may disclose the Content to other users in order to provide requested services such as sending invoices and sharing payment information. Under the case a user wishes to use the Content belonging to another other user, they will receive approval from the relevant user and will use the Content within the scope of this approval.

Personal information can be used to contact the User or to improve the User's experience on the Site (such as maintenance and support for services, improvement of existing services, creation of new services and personalized services), as well as creating a database, maintaining memberships and providing services of the Company. It will also be able to process, store and transfer it to third parties for the purpose of performing other activities necessary for its provision to the User.

By anonymizing the usage and transaction information of the User on the Site the company can store, process, and transmit to its business partners this data for statistical evaluations, performance evaluations, marketing campaigns and donation campaigns of the Company and its business partners, annual and other reports; in the time required for the realization of these purposes.

Information requested from Users who consent to the processing of their personal information and respond to periodic or non-periodic surveys organized on the site may be used by the Company for direct marketing, statistical analysis and creating a database.

The Company will also be able to share the User's information with third parties under the following conditions:

• Relevant disclosure being mandatory for the fulfillment of obligations under the User Agreement,
• Request of information in line with the relevant legislation about users for the purpose of conducting a research or investigation duly carried out by an authorized administrative and judicial institution,
• Necessity to provide information to protect the rights or security of users.

In order to identify and solve technical problems related to the system, the Company may have to detect and use the IP addresses of users when necessary. IP addresses can also be used to identify users in a general way and to gather comprehensive demographic information.

The Company has the right to transfer the data related to the purposes mentioned above to its servers (servers may belong to the Company, its affiliates or subcontractors) located anywhere in the world other than the User's country of residence.

It is possible to provide links to other sites and applications through the site, and the Company does not bear any responsibility for the privacy practices and contents of these sites and applications.

The Company may change the provisions of this Privacy Policy at any time by publishing it on the Site. The provisions of the Privacy Policy amended by the Company become effective on the date they are published on the Site.
